1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom.

Some remote locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands or certain offshore areas) may have extended delivery times or may not be eligible for delivery.

If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00pm are usually processed the same working day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

2–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and destination.

 

4. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

 

5. Multiple Parcels

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are shipped from different fulfilment centres.

 

6. Packaging

Orders may be dispatched directly from our UK fulfilment partners.

In some cases, packaging may show the manufacturer’s brand name.
