We work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom.

Some remote locations (including parts of the Scottish Highlands and offshore areas) may experience extended delivery times or may not be eligible for delivery.

If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed after 12:00pm may be processed the next working day.

 

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

2–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.

 

4. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

 

5. Multiple Parcels

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are shipped from different fulfilment partners.

 

6. Fulfilment & Packaging

Orders may be dispatched directly from our UK fulfilment partners.

In some cases, packaging may display the manufacturer’s branding.
